the staff was AMAZING. they were really attentive and always ready to help with anything. the pool area was kept immaculate. i loved that there were always clean towels available .

the hotel's location is very convenient. it is a short walk to popular sunset cafes. the staff were very friendly. they stored my luggage after checkout, i sat by the pool.
the WiFi was a bit unreliable SOMETIMES.

The location was convenient. It was easy to get around from there.
My room was not properly cleaned one day. I found some trash left under the bed from a previous guest. the Wi-Fi was very spotty in my room. This made it difficult to work or stream anything.

The hotel staff provided very warm greetings upon arrival. the terrace was perfect for breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious!
